2. What data we process and why
Quotation and contact requests
Name, email, telephone and the message you write. It serves to reply to the request and, if we proceed, to prepare a proposal. Basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us.
Technical support
Name, email, telephone, name of the work or place, and the description of the request. It may include photographs you send us by form, email or WhatsApp. It serves to identify the installation and provide assistance. Basis: performance of pre-contractual measures or of the maintenance contract, where one exists, and legitimate interest in supporting installations in service.
WhatsApp and telephone
If you write or call us, we process the number and the content of the conversation for the same purpose: quotation or assistance. WhatsApp is a Meta service. The conversation also remains in Meta’s systems, according to that company’s terms.
Browsing and cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Those necessary to operation (session, language, consent itself) do not require authorisation. The others run only after you accept, under the Cookie policy.
3. Who receives the data
To the Urbiágua team that handles proposals and assistance.
To the hosting of the website and of electronic mail (in production, OVH servers).
To Meta, if contact is by WhatsApp.
To YouTube / Google, if you play an embedded video and have accepted that cookie category.
We do not sell lists. We do not pass data for third-party marketing.
4. How long we keep them
Quotation requests and commercial correspondence: the time of the proposal and what tax and commercial law require.
Technical-support requests: the time needed for assistance and, if there is a maintenance contract, the time of that contract and of the legal periods.
Cookies: the period indicated in the Cookie policy.
5. Transfers
Production hosting is located in the European Union (OVH).
WhatsApp and YouTube may involve processing outside the EU, under the safeguards those companies publish. We use those channels only when the visitor uses or accepts them.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where the basis is consent, the withdrawal of that consent.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

The fields marked as required are the minimum to reply. Without them we cannot process the request.
On the Arabic site, assistance requests must be written in English or French. We reply in those languages. That does not change the rights described in this policy.
8. Minors
The site is intended for professional contact. We do not collect data of minors on purpose.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version that counts is the one published on this page.
10. Languages
In case of divergence between versions, the Portuguese text prevails.
