Terms of use of this website. The work of each project is set out in the accepted proposal.
1. Who we are
This website is published by Urbiágua – Comércio e Montagem de Fontes, Lda., with registered office at Rua da Terra Negra, 98, 4760-629 Lousado, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal.

2. What these terms govern
They govern only access to and use of this website: consulting content, contact requests, technical-support requests and use of the forms.
They do not govern the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning or maintenance of a fountain. That work is set out in the accepted proposal for each project, with the scope, price and periods written in it.
3. Acceptance
By using the site, you accept these terms in the version published on this page. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the forms.
4. Content and ownership
Texts, photographs, videos, drawings, logos and marks published on the site belong to Urbiágua or are used with authorisation.
They may not be copied, cropped, integrated into other sites, into commercial presentations, into specifications or into tenders without our written authorisation.
The images and descriptions of the projects document completed works. They are not a sales catalogue, they do not fix a price and they do not constitute a public offer.
5. Technical information
The solutions, know-how, sustainability and projects pages describe principles and examples.
Each installation is sized to the site, the use and the client’s project. What counts for your work is what results from contact with us and what is set out in the proposal.
Do not use the content of the site as the sole basis for a bill of quantities, a calculation or a purchasing decision.
6. Enquiries, quotations and technical support
The contact and technical-support forms, email and WhatsApp serve to start a conversation. Sending a request does not create a contract, does not reserve works capacity and does not bind Urbiágua to a period or a price.
The data you give must be accurate, especially the name of the work and the contact, so that we can reply.
On the Arabic site, assistance requests must be written in English or French. We reply in those languages.
7. Links and third-party services
The site may include video hosted on another service (for example YouTube) and redirect to WhatsApp.
Those services have their own terms and policies. Urbiágua does not control the content or the operation of those sites and is not liable for them.
The processing of data on those services is described in the Privacy policy and, as regards cookies and embedded content, in the Cookie policy.
8. Availability and changes
We seek to keep the site available, correct and up to date. We do not guarantee that it is always accessible, nor that all information is at all times complete or free of slips.
We may change pages, withdraw or add projects, correct texts and update these terms without prior notice. The version that counts is the one published.
9. Use of the site
The site is intended for consultation and professional contact.
Do not use it in a way that impairs operation, that extracts content in bulk without authorisation, or that sends through the forms unlawful messages, unsolicited advertising or third-party data without grounds.
10. Liability
The website is a means of presenting the company and of contact.
To the extent permitted by law, Urbiágua is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of consulting the site, nor for occasional unavailability, network failures, or for the improper use of the content by third parties.
This limitation does not set aside liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
11. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data on the site is described in the Privacy policy.
The use of cookies and similar content is described in the Cookie policy.
12. Languages
The site is available in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
In case of divergence between versions, the Portuguese text prevails.
13. Law and jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies to these terms.
For disputes relating to the use of this website, the competent court is that of the district of Urbiágua’s registered office, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply, in particular in consumer protection, where they exist.
