Digital water curtains are waterfalls, produced by independent filaments of water. The synchronised interruption of each filament produces: text, images, graphics, logos, the time, and so on.
The programming decides what each filament interrupts. The graphic falls with the water, in an instant of reading in passing.
What sets them apart
What sets them apart is not the ornamental jet. It is the imprint on the water. Letters, patterns and images find a support that is always falling.
Light can colour the fall. In some sites the curtain opens to those who cross: the water cuts, the person passes, the graphic returns.
They are high-technology water elements, which mark the space in a strongly distinctive way.
